Indian food festival

Join us for our annual Indian Food Festival in collaboration with world-renowned Chef Alfred Prasad, the youngest Indian chef to receive a Michelin star. For five weeks, experience the delicate, traditional cuisine of northwest India with a selection of delicious dishes at The Windows restaurant. Additionally, a curated selection will be offered at the Leopard Bar and Lounge, as well as through Room Service.

Please note that Alfred will only be in attendance on the 18th and 19th. Four incredible Indian chefs based in London will take over for the remainder of the festival.

To conclude our Indian Food Festival, we invite guests to join us for a special brunch featuring a range of delicious dishes. It's the perfect way to start your day and experience the rich flavours of India.

Alexandre Cardiga

After being Sous-Chef for five years, Alexandre now proudly expresses his culinary creativity as Executive Chef at Windows Restaurant. His imaginative dishes perfectly compliment the classic cuisine of Madame Beatrice Tollman, founder of Red Carnation Hotels. Alexandre showcases world cuisine made up of regional products, inspired by sharing and the moments he encountered during his many travels.
