From Lake to Plate
Join a seasoned local Swiss fisherman on Lake Geneva for a three-hour fishing tour, where you can learn the local fishing practices and land some fish. Then take your catch back to Executive Chef Alexandre Cardiga, who will prepare a sublime dish for you to enjoy in Windows Restaurant overlooking the lake and the Jet d’Eau.
