From Geneva's international airport...

  • Limousine service: This can be booked with our concierge. The rate is between CHF 130.- and CHF 180. For up to two people we can organise a Mercedes S Class and for three to five people a Mercedes V Class
  • Taxi: The journey from the Airport Taxi station to the Hotel d'Angleterre costs CHF 60. This is a flat rate (zone C). The journey takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Train: There is a direct service to Cornavin Railway Station every ten minutes. The journey takes approximately seven minutes
  • Bus: Take bus number 5 to Cornavin Train Station which is a seven minute walk to the hotel (see below directions from the station)

Walk: Along Rue des Alpes and turn left onto Quai du Mont-Blanc. Hotel D’Angleterre is number 17.

Bus: When you exit the train station, take bus numbers 1 or 25, direction “Jardin Botanique”. Alight at “Monthoux”.

Taxi: From the station to the hotel should be between CHF 15.- and CHF 25.-, depending on the number of pieces of luggage you have.

Limousine: This can be booked with our concierge for CHF 130.- For this service we will need your exact arrival time and city of origin.

Free transportation card

Geneva offers a free transportation card. If you provide your email address, you will automatically receive it 48 hours before your arrival or upon check-in at the hotel. This digital card allows you to use all public transportation in Geneva during your stay, including buses, trams, yellow taxi-boats, and the train going from and to Geneva airport
