We celebrate our historic roots
Cairngorms, Highlands Scotland
We are inspired by our beautiful surroundings, deep in the Scottish Highlands. Each of our bedrooms showcase panoramic views of the spectacular landscape, while the verdant countryside is home to a wide variety of wildlife, from Golden Eagle and Osprey to Red Deer Stag and Pine Martin, as well as an abundance of wild flowers, plants and trees.
Being a manager in the hospitality industry is one of life’s most rewarding occupations, as no day is the same. Every stay is different and involves so many members of the team. It’s like a huge puzzle bringing a wonderful hotel picture to life! Together as a team, we are proud to use all our skills and experience to anticipate and satisfy our guests’ needs. Their satisfaction is our satisfaction.
After being Sous-Chef for five years at Restaurant Windows, it is now with pride that I express my culinary creativity alongside the dishes of Madame Beatrice Tollman, founder of Red Carnation Hotels. My cuisine is a world cuisine, made up of regional products, and inspired by sharing and friendship moments I have encountered during my many travels.
I have worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 17, at some of the most famous hotels in Bern, Lausanne and Geneva. After joining the Hotel d’Angleterre team in 1995, my aim, along with the reservations and reception team, is “to ensure that every guest receives the very best welcome and service”. If I can do anything to make your experience even more special, please do contact me directly.
During your stay in the privacy of Hotel d'Angleterre, we will be delighted to help you discover Geneva, the nearby attractions and Switzerland as a whole. The concierge team and I will strive to satisfy your every wish. The details are important to us and every request is a new challenge, giving us the chance to share memorable moments.
Born into a family of hoteliers, I followed the steps of my grandfather and my father by studying at the Hospitality School of Thonon-les-Bains. I joined Hotel d’Angleterre for new challenges, starting as a waiter and was soon promoted to Food & Beverage Manager, 2 years later. I have devoted my time to ensure that we provide our guests with unforgettable experiences through Red Carnation's core values.
The duties as Executive Head Housekeepers are varied and that’s what I love about what I do. We ensure that service is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that we deliver memorable experiences for our guests. If I can assist with creating a special experience or selecting a certain pillow or detail for your bedroom, please do let me know personally.
With 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, hospitality is my passion. I love to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Hotel D' Angleterre is to me, the very essence of luxury. We offer a welcoming and warm service and I am proud to work with a passionate team who are like family.
