As General Manager of Hotel d'Angleterre and President of the Geneva Hotel Association, no two days are the same for Jean-Vital. Every guest stay is unique and involves numerous team members, coming together like pieces of a puzzle to create a vibrant hotel experience. The team takes great pride in using their skills and expertise to anticipate and meet guests' needs, finding true satisfaction in delivering exceptional service.

Florence Rabaud

Deputy General Manager

After many years abroad, Florence joined Hotel d’Angleterre in 2001, just before it became part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Starting at reception before moving into finance, Florence later took on the role of Deputy General Manager. With passion and enthusiasm, Florence remains dedicated to ensuring that the hotel retains its unique boutique charm, upholding its tradition of exceptional Swiss hospitality alongside an incredibly dedicated team committed to guest well-being.

Alexandre Cardiga

After serving as Sous-Chef for five years at Restaurant Windows, Alexandre now takes great pride in expressing culinary creativity alongside the signature dishes of Madame Beatrice Tollman, founder of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. His cuisine is a reflection of global influences, crafted with regional ingredients and inspired by the moments of sharing and friendship experienced throughout extensive travels.

Gilles Oggier

Gilles has worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 17, gaining experience at some of the most renowned hotels in Bern, Lausanne, and Geneva. After joining the Hotel d’Angleterre team in 1995, Giles has remained dedicated to ensuring that every guest receives the very best welcome and service, alongside the reservations and reception team.

Head Concierge

Born and raised in France, Raphaëlle has always had a deep passion for hospitality. For her, being a concierge is more than just a career - it’s a way of life. She thrives on helping guests and anticipating their needs. Her career, which began in 2006, took her to London and the South of France before she joined the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Geneva in 2014. In 2016, she became a proud member of Les Clefs d'Or. In 2024, she was appointed Head Concierge at Hôtel d’Angleterre.

Food and Beverage Manager

Born into a family of hoteliers, Romain followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and father by studying at the Hospitality School of Thonon-les-Bains. He joined Hotel d’Angleterre in pursuit of new challenges, starting as Maître D' before being promoted to Food & Beverage Manager two years later. Romain is dedicated to ensuring that guests enjoy unforgettable experiences, guided by the core values of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

Julien Meurillon

Sommelier

With accolades including Best Sommelier in France 2020 and Best Sommelier of Switzerland 2022, Julien's journey into the world of wine began unexpectedly during his tenure as Chef de Rang at a restaurant in the South of France. Passionate about sharing the intricacies of winemaking, he brings his expertise to the renowned Windows restaurant, guiding guests through the diverse landscapes of French, South African, and Swiss wines to create unforgettable experiences for every palate.

Suzanne Bideaud

Executive Head Housekeeper

Suzanne graduated from the Hospitality School in Besançon in 1988, and 35 years later, her passion for the industry remains as strong as ever. Housekeeping, to her, is a discreet art - anticipating guests' needs, perfecting every detail, and creating a true home away from home. Suzanne was part of Hôtel d'Angleterre from 1998 to 2011, and her deep affection for this beautiful hotel brought her back.

With 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, hospitality is Corrina's passion. She takes great pleasure in ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
