Alexandre Cardiga

After being Sous-Chef for five years, Alexandre now proudly expresses his culinary creativity as Executive Chef at Le 17. His imaginative dishes perfectly compliment the classic cuisine of Madame Beatrice Tollman, founder of Red Carnation Hotels. Alexandre showcases world cuisine made up of regional products, inspired by sharing and the moments he encountered during his many travels.
